A Bit about me...
For the past six years I have
worked within an organisation which gives advice
and help to people whose lives are affected by
alcohol. I see hundreds of people a year who have
alcohol problems.
This website contains the information
they have shared about how they overcame their
addiction to alcohol. It focuses on actions you
can take to change your life, rather than theories
of addiction. Lots of people completely change
their lives and their ways of thinking, you can
too.
If you are looking for one to one help then
you can visit my counselling practice website
